I especially appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the Senior Suite with City View, along with the dining experience at the ground-floor restaurant. Highly recommend for a visit!

My stay was marred by numerous issues. The hotel was extremely hot, making our experience uncomfortable. the heating was cranked up way too high. The breakfast options were limited and not much to look forward to, and our room felt either like a sauna or a fridge—there was no in-between. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of variety and comfort.

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! We visited the Republic Square and enjoyed a fantastic meal at Dolmama. The location is perfect for exploring, just a short walk to attractions. The staff is really friendly, and the shower is one of the best I've experienced in a hotel. Highly recommend staying here!

i had an amazing stay at north avenue by stellar hotels. the location is prime, right on northern avenue, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. the senior suite with city view was absolutely stunning, and the cleaners did a fantastic job every day. big thanks to them!

Had a fab time at North Avenue! The location was prime for diving into Yerevan's culinary scene. Loved being steps away from spots like Tavern Yerevan and Bazaar Restaurant for delectable local eats. Additionally, the gym was well-equipped, and the staff was mostly friendly and welcoming.
